SPENDING YOUR WEEKEND RESTING CAN ACTUALLY LEAVE YOU FEELING WORSE ON MONDAY MORNING

Having a restful weekend actually makes you more stressed on Monday. 

Researchers surveyed people about their weekends and then going back to work on Mondays. 

They found the average jam-packed weekend feels precisely six hours and 19 minutes longer than one spent on the sofa.

But a third of people who crammed social events into their schedule felt like they had three days off while almost half of those who had a lazy weekend said they had not had enough time away come Monday.
